• Orders can be canceled up to 2 hours before delivery time.
• A cancellation fee of LKR 20 will apply to all eligible cancellations.
• No refunds for cancellations made within 2 hours of delivery time.

🚚 Delivery

• We will make reasonable efforts to deliver on time.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic/weather.
• Ensure your delivery address and contact info are accurate.

🍱 Food Quality & Complaints

• We aim to maintain high standards of food safety and quality.
• If you receive incorrect/damaged/spoiled food, contact us with proof (e.g., photo).
• Refunds or replacements may be issued after verification.
