🛑 Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
• A cancellation fee of LKR 20 will be deducted from your refund to cover preparation and administrative costs.
• Orders canceled less than 2 hours before delivery are non-refundable.

💸 Refunds for Issues

• The order was not delivered.
• The wrong items were delivered (and verified by us).
• The food was damaged or spoiled upon arrival due to our fault (proof required).

If your case is eligible, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.

❌ Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after delivery.
• Dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences.
• Cancellations made after the 2-hour window before delivery.
• Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.

🚚 Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once food has been delivered.
